Jeffrey, i never thought i'd care about those ridiculous chips, but in fact they feel good in the hand and for my last one i actually felt connected to all the people whose hands it passed through before i got it.
and i smile every time i look at it.

forefront of our minds -- to be grateful
My Sponsor has close to ten thousand days of sobriety.
One thing that I have found to be very interesting regarding him is that
each and every day he knows exactly how many days he has.
My brain and memory does not work that way.
But, thanks to my little AA program on my computer
my days of sobriety are noted on my desktop.
Just a thought -
Taking note of each and every day
just may help to keep our sobriety on the forefront of our minds ?
And reminding us to be grateful for our sobriety ?

Four days here too! But it's an inspiration to see what the rest of you have accomplished!
