106th day...

Feeling pretty good... more tired than usual towards the end of the day... about 2 weeks ago I switched my coffee to half-caff instead of regular, this may have something to do with it. No desire to drink... just checking in.

Congrats! The caffiene is a hard one to kick. I drink A lot, and I mean a lot of water, and feel so much better. No more foggy brains from dehydration. Thanks for sharing.

congrats! we're not far apart in days. I also had to cut caffeine recently due to anti-depressant meds, so I know about adding to the withdrawal symptoms... lol
