day 7 and i'm in such a lousy, grouchy, angry mood. . . .

tired, annoyed,

i don't have any "space" inside me to deal with my family.

*sigh*

one day . . . one day . . . one day . . . one looooooooooong day . . . . . . . . .

everybody hang in and stay sober . . . cuz if you fail and i'm sitting here not drinking, i'm gonna REALLY be pissed off.

No ...I won't be drinking today
and hope you won't either.

How about taking a walk?
Going to an AA meeting?
Eating a healthy meal?
Praying for peace of mind?

Those all helped me today....

I am no expert - far from it - whatsoever, but you seem able to look at how you are feeling with some degree of objectivity which is maybe relatively a pretty good place to be.

It does get better. Every day that you make it, not drinking becomes easier and easier. I feel for you, I really do. I won't drink today either. This will be the first Halloween in quite a few years too!

If I can make it seven days, you can make it seven days.
