Sorry for your loss Chango. I've lost young cats too so I know how you feel. It will ease up, hope you have some pictures so after the pain subsides a bit you can look at them and remember all the good feelings. My best to you... |

Sorry for your loss. I love cats, indeed all animals. They're usually better company than humans :ghug2

Im so sorry, I lost a cat a few years ago that I had for 13 years. She was so close to me and my best friend and always there for me when times were hard. When she died a part of me died and it did cause me to drink alot but I did get over it, i'll always cherish the moments I had with her and I was actually able to get another cat which did help. I hope you feel better soon.

I'm sorry for your loss. Have loved and lost 5 beautiful cats. Each one was different. Lost each one differently but still miss them all today. Time will heal and then you can remember all the great times and silly things that she used to do. In time you can rescue another cat and give them (and you) a happy life.

Thanks guys. It has been week since that little creature passed on. I miss her everyday. I think I cried more days in a row over this than anything else. For the most part, I just pretend she is asleep in the other room, but damn do I miss her like hell.

((((Chango)))) I am so sorry to hear of your loss. When one of my cats died a few years, I cried for at least a week. I had to call in "incompetent" to work as I knew I just couldn't manage. Just know you're in my thoughts! Love, Lenina |

I'm a serious cat lover in spite of having a few dogs (and birds) as pets over the years. As I'm typing this one is sitting on my computer desk happily shedding fur all over my inkjet printer which will most likely jam the next time I try to print something. We lost a couple of cats a few years back to cancer. Before we took the final step to end their suffering we spent literally thousands of dollars not just to keep them alive but to keep them out of pain and so they could enjoy a little more life. Tears are rolling down my cheeks as I type this because it literally ripped my guts out when they died so I very much know how much pain you're feeling. I truly believe I'll see them again (in spite of not being a religious person). And I'm sure your kitty knew how much you loved her. And still does. Smile through the tears. |

Just giving you a hard time. I know it is difficult when pets die. Although, in 2008 I learned grief in an entire new fashion. I had four family members pass away in eight months. These events are what started the ball rolling toward me joining and being active in AA. It is my silver lining to the dark storm cloud that has been hovering over me lately. Again sorry about your pets! LOL. | |
