| Weekend One: Success...
Well, I made it through the 1st weekend. I went to stay at my parent's house, so I would be away from my usual drinking environment. Visited friends & all. Told everyone I was quitting. Off to a good start... Next obstacle: Overeating |

Good to hear you had a sober weekend! ![]() One day at a time, sobriety is possible... and it's so worth the effort.

I have several problems, which drinking did not help. Diabetes, Sleep Apnea, Depression, Overweight, and more. Almost all are due to obesity. Funny thing is although I am technically obese, I am not just fat all over the place, ha ha. It's all concentrated in the gut & chin. | |
