Hello & Congrats to every one.I am 4+yrs drink free this time. This is my 3rd
time at this drink free life. My days are better now.I started way back in 98
then I had 2yrs.Then I was in & out until 2002 when I came back to a life of
alcohol free.In my time of being around this group thing.I was in a few groups
trying to find the right group & sponcer to help me stay sober,But all I found
was (do what I say not what I do ) kind of people.NOT one walk the walk.
All talk & no walk.So I became to believe I as always had to find my own way
of staying sober.OH I do believe in (meeting makers make it) & I do go to a lot
of meetings to listen & learn on how to do this, because I never found the WE
part of this program.I am & always will be the isolation king, because I found
that I am an exception to most of your rules. For me I found that if I dont buy
I wont drink & I ask any one around me(YA right I am always lone) not to
bring any alcohol in to my home & that is how I do MY program. For me I found that the WE is only ME with the M up side down. DRShaw
