hiya, its lisa here from newcastle, i am feeling quite low today, since moving back with parents i have had to share a room with my mum not got my own space and it gets me down. it never makes me want to drink or use, but it scares me in case it does. somebody talk to me. thanks.

Hi lisa, it's hard to move back home, been there done that.
Hopefully it is only a pit stop and you will be on your own very
soon. I don't know where newcastle is, if the weather is
cooperating how about a walk or a bike ride, helps to get
out into the fresh air sometimes. I hope you feel better soon.
