hiya, its lisa here from newcastle, i am today feeling quite low, what it is since moving back with my parents, i dont have my own room i have to share with my mum and it really gets me down i dont have my own space. some days i feel very sensitive. its never but me close to drinking or using, what other options is there? somebody talk to me. thanks.

I just came home from an AA meeting.
Are you going to any?
They always give me a boost and keep me in focus.
