| Still alive and sober...
Hey all! Just wanted to let you all know that even though I do not frequent the boards much, I am very much alive and well... Work has just been kicking my butt all over the place, home life, physical therapy, training -- everything has been busy, busy, busy! Racing another triathlon this weekend, up near Las Vegas. Boulder City, NV to be precise. Would love to find a meeting near there for Saturday night.... Hope everyone is doing great, and I will try to get on here more often! Ken

Hey Ken - thanks for checking in! Good luck/good health for your race this weekend. What a great high working out and competing is... so much better than pouring drinks down our throats. You have always been good at reminding me the truth of that. Take care! --anne

Ken, hope you will let us know how you do in the race! Been a long time since I entered one myself. But, in the best shape I've been in in years, I'm back at it!
