Well it's time I see my therapist Monday gonna tell him I want to do OT AA based. I'm not bad anuff to go to Maple Grove cause I have people watching me24/7 but I was recently hospitalized for some acute low sodium thing they said one more night and I would of died, But I called my psych and he wasn't in so they asked if I would like to talk to a nurse I said yes , she asked if I was suicidal I said yes she ask if I was alone I said no I'm with my mom next thing I'm hospitalized they find out threw blood work I have low sodium acute. I drank 20 beers three pots of coffee and a bunch of water and pop literally almost drank myself to death in 11 hours. My cousant who was an AA member killed himself while high on huffing so my parents went to his funeral which was Friday. I found change and drank six beers around 7:30 the day of his funeral while my sister was sleeping didn't get caught. Today I said the set aside prayer and I'm going to get a sponsor tomorrow.

It is ok to have outside support away from AA which includes doctors.
