I have not completed it but I am familiar with it, and after I read your post downloaded it to revisit as I love this philosophy and have gotten away from incorporating it as I need to! I'm going to be working with it now. Love New Thought.

I agree it would be easier to go a week without chocolate or coffee, I rolled out of bed this morning at 0430 deciding to start again last night. It's now 0515 and have already blown it with critical and negative thoughts.
My workplace is closing down and we are in the process of transition into care and maintenance, it's happening at a lot of places. Things are looking grim generally in the world so it's harder than normal to remain positive.
Also Seems to prove to me how hard wired our brains are to negative and self defeating thoughts. At least practicing this helps with developing mindfulness and awareness.
