I agree. Sadly however, I find most people (including those in sobriety), don't. Sometimes makes me feel a little lonely in my journey. But that's OK. I know I'm not alone.

Hi.
I agree with Joe unfortunately. Many who start to get sober seem to forget the pain involved to get sober and seem to glamorize alcohol after a period. Self honesty and the changes we need to make and keep slip away and it gets to be the same old same old.
Judgment calls are still made when things good may seem uncomfortable like working on step 4 which turned out to be the best thing I’ve ever done, for myself.

OK I can’t fix people, places or things is something I learned, doesn’t mean I like it but accept it.
