It's true, I guess. whenever I find someone irritating or frustrating, it's usually something I see in myself that makes me uncomfortable. Kill the messenger, huh?

Totally unrelated but, I thought I would share. When I read this , I my crazy mind , which has a mind of its own, and often likes to change its mind..

I once put spot remover on my dog,

Love this! This was so huge in my recovery, coming to this conclusion. It helped me to see that I really am the problem.
