| Member  | Well, never thought I would make it !
here I am 6 months sober ! I cant believe it !!!! It is due to the fellowship of AA, and my HP, and in no small way , the friends I have made here on SR! How well I remember those first few days here , and how I hung on every response !  6 months ago, i could not leave my house to walk 2 blocks to the shop, and today , I travelled by train for 1 hour, to attend a meeting I have never been to before .....alone , what a change . Wonderful Congratulations. Stay the course one day at a time and before you know it, you will be reminding us that it is one year.

hey lee not bad for a melbournian haha honestly mate, i remember your early days too, and you struggled so hard and faced many demons. you no doubt still do but with renewed faith and conifidence in yourself, which is no less that you deserve. congrats to fighting the good fight, very proud of you me aus mate and i am sure there will be many years to come hugs kath
