I have been avoiding going to enough meetings since my Mom passed away last Sunday because I have been such a mess.

I went this morning and was compelled to share what is really going on with me, that I am NOT fine and that I am afraid I am going to drink.

All I can say is that honesty is a bitch, but boy do I feel better!

honesty can be a bitch. but humility gives freedom. good on ya for getting the courage to open up. we cant help if ya dont.

So good when we let people know, because now you can talk with others who have walked through similar losses, without drinking.
