| Dogs' roles in recovery
I'm reposting this from an old thread in another forum..... I revisited it today and thought it might be worthwhile here as well. (get your kleenex ready) Last Minutes with ODEN on Vimeo I've been blessed with a Rhodesian Ridgeback for the last 4 yrs of my recovery. (I got him around 1 yr sober). Like the subject of the video says, my dog has taught me more about love.....real unconditional love......than probably any human ever has. Talk about being aligned with God's will to love our fellows.....he sets a standard I can only live up to in my dreams. (heh...pics are in my profile here on SR).
