From an article titled "Peasants in Rural Mexico Claim Army Brutality" on Yahoo News:

"Mexico's rights ombudsman documented a series of civilian deaths at the hands of soldiers in the past three years. Among them, a 14-year-old Guerrero buy bled to death after being shot in the leg, and a man died in the western state of Colima when soldiers fired on an outdoor meeting of recovering alcoholics.
