Lightbulb Resentments Anyone?

Resentment

"Resentment is the 'number one' offender.
It destroys more alcoholics than anything else.
From it stem all forms of spiritual disease,
for we have been not only mentally and physically ill,
we have been spiritually sick.
When the spiritual malady is overcome,
we straighten out mentally and physically."

1976AAWS, Alcoholics Anonymous, p. 64

For dealing with resentments ..and anger too
I suggest you read ...in our BB...

"Freedom From Bondage"

Astro grabs his ever-present BB and frantically starts reading

Yup, I carry one around in my pocket like an old friend. Time for me to find a new friend, huh?
