| I'm a tough girl. |
So I'm not too sure what step I should be on at the moment, but I am so proud to share that this is my 12th morning sober! Free from alcohol, which I have been a binge drinker since last May. I have been talking with friends and family, and am getting along better with my Father,(whom is very straight edge in regards to non-smoking for 2 years, and no alcohol for 29 years - you go Dad!) I've accepted the fact of what's done is done. All that I have lost on account of drinking cannot be broughten back, but new memories so forth can accompany m e on this sober journey. Also, I have been drinking excessive amounts of green tea since last Monday. I have felt an overwhelming sense of clarity and good health. Now it's a little early but I feel blessed that I have made it this far. I'm a 20 year old female who is content with life. I enjoy reading stories and experiences on this website and I thank you for the advice, quotes, and wise words! Peace & LOVE |

Well done on your new sober time..... ![]() I don't know about your sponsor...but I ask my new sponsees to write a drinking history time line detailing what problems drinking caused. Then we go over it before moving to Step 2. Good to see you again...
