| In One Word
Please sum up this day in one word. Starting the day with one word has helped me tremendously of late. When I get up and after my devotions and prayer, I think of one word that gives substance to my coming day. There are no rules to this exercise, simply come up with a word that will highlight your day each morning and try it for a few days. zit is amazing what one word will do! Just a thought from your friendly neighborhood Rufus!
