*~*~*~*~*^ Big Book Quote ^*~*~*~*~* "Many of us keep liquor in our homes. We often need it to carry green recruits through a severe hangover Some of us still serve it to our friends provided they are not alcoholic. But some of us think we should not serve liquor to anyone. We never argue this question. We feel that each family, in the light of their own circumstances, ought to decide for themselves." ~Alcoholics Anonymous, 1st. Edition, Working With Others, pg. 102~

Does that mean that every household should be "Automonous"? I don't have as problem keeping alcohol in my house. Bottom line is if you're going to quit, you're going to quit. If you're going to drink, you're going to drink. Regardless of whether alcohol is avaliable or not. I live a couple blocks from a liquor store and there is a bar a block in the other direction. Technically liquor is avaliable to me. As long as I am honest and don't try to BS myself, I will be just fine. |

This is just me, I have no problem with drinking at my house, but like my father I do not like booze left at my house..... just me. The problem has been solved via the solution for me, but why play with fire?
