In case anyone doesn't know you don't have to download files from this site or XA site, just click once on the file and it will open in media player, they will not be saved to your hard drive however. To save files right click file then click save target as (Then choose where to save to).

On Firefox, you choose "save link as" which is a bit confusing, it works though.

For the folks that don't know what this is, J and C break down the Big Book and explain "exactly how we have recovered" and walk you through the steps in a "step by step" fashion, including fourth step graphs, this was required listening IMO for me to have a comprehensive understanding of the program of Alcoholics Anonymous. Especially handy for taking sponsees through the steps or for going through the steps in a group, I attended these seminars for a few years and always walked away happier and healthier. They really make it simple.

Is the "Joe" in "Joe and Charlie" Joe McQ? I have seen a steps video by him, it was very good.
