Just came across another definition of humility described in "A Guide to the 12 steps Of Alcoholics Anonymous - Published in Akron, Ohio, U.S.A.” “Humility is teachability , an open mind to the truth”. Reminds me of how I now think of Humility. The more truth that I contribute about myself using the inventory steps 4,5,10&11 the more truth my employer contributes about myself in the form of promises. Kind of like a company matching savings plan. I put in 50% and my employer puts in the other 50%. Humility starts and ends with truth.
