| Much to be thankful for Because of the program I have much to be thankful for. I have the chance for life rather than an alcoholic death. I can truly be there for my wife and kids. I can continue to grow spiritually. I can be happy. So much has happened within the last few weeks. I made six months sober. I have a renewed relationship with my wife. My kids want to hang out with me now. I passed my black belt test. I was off for a week from work and did not spend it drinking (probably a first). I'm starting to experience the serenity I so longed for. Thanks to the program of AA. |

| Dan that is awesome, I know you have worked hard for both that belt and for the serenity you are now finding. Like you being able to take a week off from work and actually enjoying and living it instead of drinking it away is fantastic!!! That new relationship with family is awesome as well. |

| Hi Dan, Congratulations on your sobriety and all that it has made possible. My sobriety date is close to yours and AA has also enriched my life in so many ways. It's amazing when you look back at where we both were in December. So thankful. Don |
