My husband checked into Cornerstone of Recovery in TN today for a 30 day inpatient treatment. Has anyone on here been there and if so, what can you tell me about it. Any information and advice would be so great. I just don't really know much about this place or the program, of what if any they will involve me in. Do I just sit and wait for my phone to ring? and the not knowing is killing me. They have a web site but not alot of info on it like I am looking for. but I really would like to talk to someone who has been there. Thank you so much! Welcome to our Alcoholism 12 Step Forum ![]() I have no information on this program or any other as I found recovery without a treatment center. Rehab or no rehab...the k base for my sobriety is God and AA. It's a daily experience and I hope your husband will find his way. I strongly suggest you begin Al anon for yourself. It helped me tremendously when dealing with other addict/alcoholics. Blessings to you and your family

Welcome to Sr. Why not call them and ask?

Carolingirl, the absolute best thing you can do for him right now is to start your own recovery!!!! Go to alanon, this is a group of people who are dealing with or living with alcoholics, both recoverying and still active. These folks have been where you are at now, they can prepare you for when he comes home, what you can expect and not expect, and most importantly how to take care of your self. Remember the only one who can keep him sober is him!!!! You need to recover your self, go to alanon.
