| AA & my family
In casual conversation, I mentioned to my wife that I should call my sponsor and let him know about my busy schedule for the next few weeks. She smiled and asked me to tell him that he is doing a great job. The most incredible words I have heard in my recovery so far. |

Sure give the sponsor all the glory. ![]() Those are incredible words D. who would of thunk it six months ago? Again I find myself enjoying reading your posts. Two quick things. First I'm glad to hear your wife sees the changes in you, the recovery in you. She's not the only one. Second I sure am glad your sponsor has managed to knock some sense in you. A regular miracle worker that one is. Seriously thank you for sharing your ESH with us D. Your an inspiration to me.

I love your positivity! this reminded me of the saying, "if you want to know how you're doing in your recovery program, look at the quality of your relationships". seems like you're doing beautifully. you have much love and care in your life. thanks so much for taking the time to come here and share it with us!

Gravity I must say like others here, I have truly found joy in watching your growth, you bring a smile to my face. My wife came to an open speakers meeting with me yesterday, this man had a very moving story that had more then one person wiping tears from thier face, as I was wiping my own I noticed my wife was doing the same. After the meeting, the speaker, my wife and I were speaking outside, all three of us were praising what AA, the steps, and the fellowship had brought to our lifes. It was one of the more loving moments in my AA adventure.
