This disease is killing again - Prayers please

I just got this news.

This woman was a very good long time friend of mine.

Those of us that knew her past knew that she had attended a treatment program many years ago and to all of us in the outside world, she appeared sober and content. Many of us looked to her as a good example.

She has a very good job, owns her house, and drives a very nice car. She appeared successful and self-sufficient.

this is the e-mail I received this morning:

Rosemary was just diagnosed with end stage liver disease, Brest cancer and other internal cancers that they are still working to figure out. She did not show up for work this past Monday and her work sent the police. They found her collapsed on the floor. They also found a number of alcohol bottles.
It does not look good, 4 to 6 months.
The first thing any one notices was late last week when they told her at work to go to a doctor, because she looked yellow.
Keep her in your prayers.

Please pray for Rosemary,

Thanks,

Ted

Another grim reminder of just how cunning, baffling, and powerful this disease is. I am so sorry about your friend :ghug2
