Favorite Speaker tapes

Just curious about what everyone's favorite speaker tapes are. Here are a couple of mine:

Sandy Beach
Drop the Rock
This is a great tool for understanding the tapes. This guy is hilarious and puts things in a way that they are remebered.

Sister Bea M.,

A good story. Kept my attention

Nandm,
Can you suggest a source online to purchase speaker tapes?
Or, Ron? Know of any sites?

Thanks!!

My edit button doesn't work. That should have read Steps....lol

Rufus, He is great speaker. I found Sandy Beach through a recovery angel early in my sobriety. I am so thankful for that person giving me the tapes. I learned so much from them. They never get old for me as I know I still have a lot to learn.

Trying to think of his last initial -- Wayne from somewhere in California. He cracks me up, while at the same time driving home the fact that even the most twisted of us alcoholics can recover.

Peace & Love,
Sugah

XA-Speakers - The lights are on!

This is a great site. You can download to your computer, burn discs, sync to an MP3 player etc. I've probably burned 100 discs for my home group. We've started a little library to keep with literature. A few of my favorites are Chris Raymer, Mark Houston, Don P. and Earl H.

That's exactly what I was going to post BP44 xa-speakers.

Best I have found yet (and it still aint got the ones I want!!! )

I like the Don P, Joe H, and Mark H talks the best so far.

Don P. North Coast Round up, Seaside Oregon 1999
Don P. Sponsorship Conference Tacoma WA 2005
about any of Don's workshops that were recorded. "A Spiritual Journey" in Slidell, LA, 1997 is probably the best

"How Free Do You Want To Be?" Joe H. & Mark H., a retreat held in Prescott. AZ in 2002

about any of Tom Brady Jr.'s talks.
Clint H. is another one

Oh yes-Chris R.

Sandy Beach, I kept hearing about in the rooms in Fredericksburg, he was in our rooms for a time before he moved to Fla. His old home in Fredericksburg is now a resteraunt, my sponsor is friends with him (That and a $1.50 will get you a cup of coffee at a 7-11! LOL). Well I got to hear him speak in Virginia Beach at a "Pockets of Enthusiasm" conference, WOW!!!! My sponsor & I spoke with him for awhile after he spoke (I mainly listened), the man is awesome both as a speaker and a person.

Jim Don P spoke at the same event, he was awesome as well, Clancy was there as well, he is a character!!!

I wish I was better with names, there are so many I have enjoyed/learned from. My sponsor got sober in San Diego and his sponsor was big into taping, his sponsor passed on to him close to 800 tapes from some of the Old Old timers. My sponsor tapes our local speakers and makes copies of other tapes with permission. He has spent the last several years putting tapes onto CDs.

Earl H from L.A.,Ca keeps me in stiches...that guys a trip...he can`t be human
Don M from Louisville Ky is good at steps 6 and 7...I love his talk

my favorite is Ed M. from Davenport,Iowa...big man 6 ft 10...he radiates serenity ...totally dedicated....

Wayne B from Santa Monica ,Cal . is good with his In depth emotional soberiety workshops...combines the 12x12 and big book I believe..

I loved David A from Texas before he passed on...

but another favorite of mine is Tom I from Southern Pines,NC

he`s sober 50 yrs and as active as they come...when you meet him in person,he radiates enthusiam..like a burning fire inside ...you don`t meet too many guys like Tom I

xaspeakers.com has plenty of free downloads too if you want to keep your money....

and then there Clancy I...who has done a few great talks over time...

My favourite is Hollis Dodge from .. Virginia, I believe. Former Roman Catholic priest - well-spoken, humorous, sincere.
Even my Mom loved his tape - and she's not an alcoholic.
