AARRRGGGGG!!! Help!!

Hey everyone,

This is going to be long.

Well, after all the drama in my head regarding my sponsor this is what happened: SHE told me that I need to call her everyday. SHE said that we have to pick another time to meet, where we have more time available so that we can talk about my personal experiences while we're reviewing the work. Apparently she did call me back and left messages from last Thursday (which I never got). It's like my HP was taking over and I didn't have to confront her on anything..a small miracle for me. So, she's still my sponsor.

TODAY, I found out that we have a water leak in the line between the house and the main line, which of course, is OUR problem not the water company's and which of course costs a whole lotta moola to fix! I totally freaked out upon hearing the news and honestly was THIS close to consider drinking. Not really sure what the heck we're going to do about this, at least we still have water thought. So, I head to a 10 o'clock meeting which I friend recommended.

They called on me to share..which I did, turning beet red and almost crying. THEN, after the meeting, lo and behold some guy asks me to speak at a meeting in a few weeks!!!!!! ARGGGGGG!!! My worst fear!!! Of course I said, yes but let me talk to my sponsor..

Called my sponsor. She said pray on it. She would go to support me. She said I did the right thing by saying yes, but saying that I had to talk it over with her. She said about the water problem, sh*$ happens but get on with my day, turn it over to my HP, and get over it.

Karen funny how things like that happen!!! I laughed when I read that post.

Karen in my area we have a lot of drunk plumbers, some of them are recovering now, perhaps you could ask around and see if you can find a plumber in the fellowship to work out a payment plan. I have been amazed at how helpful every one in the fellowship is..... as long as someone is not taking advantage of someones generosity. It does happen, but not for long.

Glad to here the sponsor deal is on the right track, turn the water deal over, things happen when we turn things over.

I find that hard to believe lol. My sponsor said the same thing. Weird. I must've said two sentences prior to almost passing out.

My friend said "aren't you glad I told you about this meeting???" yeah. Thanks. lol

Meetings are great places to find electricians, plumbers, and people who can easily get into your car if you're locked out. (-8

LOL Mike, ain't that the truth! I once called my recovering cop friend when I locked my keys in the truck while trying to get to work. Her buddy showed up in 5 minutes to open the door, LOL.

I don't call her for stuff like that anymore though, just out of respect.
