Interesting how they went from addressing the reader directly with "you" to using "we" in the final version. I like the final version better because I don't feel as if I'm being lectured to.

i am so glad that AA evolved and continues to evolve. as a non-christian member of aa, if the beautiful, universal (yes, secularized )principles had been disallowed to emerge i don't know where i'd be today. perhaps still drinking.
