Wow, i can relate to this. It was true of me from the very first drink, and I've always thought it would be much harder for folks who once seemd to be able to control it. I started in my late teens, and my thought was that eventually I would 'grow up' and be able to drink like 'an adult'. Instead I found a whole fellowship of people who used to drink just like me, and decided to do the program instead.
