Congratulations, Music, and thank you for sharing your recovery with each of us. You have been an inspiration to me since the day you arrived, and a great source of hope for those who struggle. From my heart to yours....

Much gratitude and thanks to you all for being here. It seems kind of surreal in a way. My son turned 43 yesterday. He was 13 when I got sober. What a gift to be able to see him grow into the good man he is today. If any of you saw Oprah yesterday, when she interviewed the pro football player who's father had been an alcoholic and beaten his kids for seemingly no reason at all; I saw myself in his father, and to realize that I've also been forgiven by my son, is surely one of God's many graces I've received since being in AA, just trying to do what I should have been doing all along, one day at a time. 10,950 days down, and one day to go! But, who's counting?
