Hi folks I'm David been visiting 4 a couple weeks just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I'm coming up on 2 years and my good friend Rusty Zipper turned me on to this site. I ve posted a couple replies read some threads. Looks like I'll be checking in from time to time

Welcome. I use SR to supplement the other tools: meetings, stepwork, sponsorship, etc.

Thank you all for wecoming me.I'm leaving in a couple hours to a memorial service in Vt. for the weekend.It's going to be like a family re-union, people I haven'''''t seen in over 30 years.I'm kind of nervous about being around my brother.He drinks alot and I haven't seen him since I joined the club.

I'll be okay thoug,I've got my wife'sister and parents who are all my strongest supporters plus my cell phone ,so my sponsor is only a btton away. Plus I've got some light reading too(Da Big Book).

Hi David,
you're lucky to have a great friend like RZ to help you along in your continued recovery. This place is great - I have been around awhile - but left - and am now starting my day 1 again. Can't wait to hear more from you - with the time you have in I'm sure you will be a great role model for the rest of us starting out.
