Thank you all.
This afternoon I was at my regular Saturday N.A. meeting (one of my home groups and the meeting where it all started) getting my third black key ring and I could remember sitting there the first day, in awe of people getting their 90 day key ring. Four years was not even on my radar at that time, yet here I am today with four years clean and and four years sober.
About all I know for sure is that I didn't do it all by myself. The list of people who have had a direct, positive impact on my recovery is too long to recite anymore. Some of the people on the list were in my life for only one meeting, almost as if they were there just to deliver the four or five sentences that would stick with me, but I am truly grateful for all the help I have received.
