| I FINALLY got back on here!!!!
Just a quick line or two....I was trying for about two months to get into the members list and find my name- I have posted before....I emailed Chy and she helped me find it...THANKS CHY. I am a recovering alcoholic of 8 years...had a bad last year and a half...on May 10, 05 I had surgery for a very large (size of an orange) anurysm...called an AVM. There are only 3 Dr's in the US who do this type of surgery. I am very blessed as I fell at work from a standing position onto concrete and hit my head and after a CAT scan and an MRI, the Dr. was about ready to fall off his chair, he said later. It took 8 weks to get scheduled for surgery-my neurosurgery-vacular-bone and skull head of the whole program at the hospital I had to go to...was AWESOME.....I have NO issues with motor control , no issues with spech, I did have a clot behind the optic nerve that he said after he got into the skull he was very worried about because he was afraid I might wake up with NO vision in my right eye. I HAVE vision. I am telling everyone here today that if you have 1 second in a day to ask your HP to be thankful-DO IT.....I mean it. GOD is MY HP...I am glad that every morning, I wake up and put my feet on the floor and I am STIL here. I have a different outlook on life now, it is about being happy, carefree, not worrying about every little thing. I hope that someone out there today can read this and benefit from what I have said....God already has everything under control...we have NO control except about what WE do about US..we can only pray that we keep on doing the best we can and we are human.....we make mistakes and we learn frm them.....Please pray for all of our guys and gals over in the NEW Vietnam........PEACE........Steve.....May all your days be filled with a happy thought.
