E-Mail fm my Higher Power ??????? - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

I am so confused...I just got home and turned on my trusty computer to see what you guys were up to...

There was an e-mail there fm someone I don't know (Ronny H) to someone I dont know(forget her name) with a wonderful little story about how when a single log is separated from the fire - it goes out..

It was a sponsor letting her sponsee know what would happen if she didn't start going to meetings again...

I am flabbergasted...I don't think it was any of you - I don't think my e-mail addr is public...

I usually go to 4-5 meetings a week for the last 7 yrs..Since I came back fm Mexico in March - none for a month & then only my home group since then...hmmmmm

I haven't been feeling all that well..but that's probably more of a reason to go - I know..but I just don't want to deal with people when I am ill.
I am kinda flipped out 'cause my doc is suggesting that maybe electroshock treatments might help me get back up (but thats for another forum)
I have been doing all the on-line meetings here and at another site and learning alot..even inspired me to get back into morning prayer and meditation....but I get so tired I just can't get out to meetings at night.

This e-mail was so obviously a msg fm my higher power that maybe I should make an effort to get to some noon meetings at the womans center.

Anyways - You've heard that Our HP works in mysterious ways...Just wanted to share this mystery with you.... Janni

I have since found out who it is from - Hangin' in signed me up for daily messages fm a friend of hers...It was the first one, but VERY appropriate..
A definate God Shot - and I have gone to Several meetings since and actually shared the story from the Podium on Sunday...

Thank you for your opinion on the medical treatment prescribed for me by two specialists....If you have had actual personal experience with this I would be glad for more information...But uneducated replies are really not helpful..

Up and down...
Hope I do this right....
Take your mouse to the beginning of the line and highlight the whole letter ( you do this by holding down the left button on the mouse and dragging it across everything you want included). Then when the stuff is highlighted, place your mouse anywhere on the highlighted stuff, and RIGHTCLICK, this gives you a drop down menu....you should see...COPY....click that (using the normal clicker).....this really is easy once you do it....
then going to the place you want to insert the letter ...normal click to place the curser...then RIGHT click again (giving you the drop down menu) and normal click PASTE....saves a lot of time...sounds more complicated than it is...if that doesn't work....let me know.... I'll try to help

P.S. try doing the copy thang on this post as you are reading it...
