As a photographer I get paid to make other people look good.
When I worked for the city I got paid so my supervisors would look like they had something to do (supervise me). So I guess I was still making others look good. I don't think that was progress.
When I worked for the state I got paid to wait for my supervisors to find something for me to do, and I kept really busy so I looked like I didn't need anything to do, so I guess I got paid to make me look good. I think this is progress.
I think I want to work for the feds and be a politician, that way I can just sit back and get paid to let others make me look good. That would definetly be progress.
