I find that with counting the days i can see what the triggers are,...! how likely it is for me to mess up at certain times. When its others and not me,! is good to begin to understand more about me...!
As i did'nt know myself until 3yrs ago...!......Still working on that one though, its FUN too,its not ALL bad.

It also helps me to see that im being infulenced by others, still...!
