You put into words what I was thinking.
Anyway, I went back on my Zoloft.
Isn't it funny how people that are on meds and doing well on the meds always want at some time or other to get off of it. The med has worked so well for so many years and I really can afford it , so keep it simple, right?
Truelearn, it's always good to hear another side but do you really think that no one ever needs medication and that the twelve steps will cure chemical depression? Bill Wilson was severly depressed and struggled with it most of his life. Love, JJ
