Good Morning Family, My name is Isabel and I am an alcoholic. I'm writing my "life story" that will lead up to my 4th step. Now, the other times I did call myself doing this step I had different sponsors telling me how the y did it -and that was okay i guess. However, I have relpsed since and when I wrote out my
"Relapse Prevention Plan" I noticed I never was Honest and Thourogh with my 4th step. Today I read "How it works" in the Big Book and there are few more steps I need to do, when I write it out. anyways, I'm really ready to do this,I guess I'm ready to feel the pain so I can get over it, the most important part is to realize what part did I play in the harm done to me. Well, I'm grateful to know I could tell SR how I'm feeling time to time. THANKS and EVERYONE HAVE A BLESSED DAY
