I know how you feel. I felt the same way all day. I just took a walk around the block, sweated like crazy, but mentally I kicked in an upswing. Maybe try that.
My counselor tells me to remember the low feeling will pass, but somehow its hard to deal with it anyway even knowing it will pass. Mine always starts with an anxiety funk. I go from superwoman to anxiety funk to crying under the blanket routinely and most meds only take the edge off, or totally zombize me.
For em I ahve to make sure Im taking care of me and eating right that helps keep the upswing going longer
