I was just about to suggest that you get something to eat. Water will help flush your body but milk will help coat your stomach also. If you are not going to go to the ER then as long as you remain calm and monitor your heart rate and your blood pressure, then you may be OK but I am no doctor or nurse and my advice is to go to the doctor or ER or something. Don;t think that I am advising you what to do but I take adderall for my ADD so I know a LITTLE about the drug. Don't do this again!!!
