Hey there,
I'm sorry that you are going through this. I know stress and worry can lead into a manic episode. My husband is bi-polar and whenever he gets stressed or upset he goes manic. It's hard for me to tell you how to handle this because I myself am not bipolar but I just wanted to let you know that I'll say a little prayer for you today. The loss of a mother is the worse loss a child can go through. Its been almost 3 years since my grandma passed away and my mother still gets very emotional and so do I as I loved her as if she were my own mother. I hope today finds you better. Please keep posting...I'll check in every once in a while to see how you are. Let it out. All of it. That is what I tell my husband and it works for him.

Thinking of you all the way in NC,
