I usually take 4 aspirins which 1/3 of the time works. Then I rely on Relpax which if I give it 3-4 hours seems to work most of the time. Its the dam 3-4 hours that really sucks. My worst moments are these becuase I know fioranol or vic would fix me up quick.
I will get a referral to a specialist, although not sure how much good it will do. At least if I try I can say I tried.
