medication, especially psychotropic medications like Prozac and Zoloft reacts differently for everyone. I personally never took Prozac, but I have taken Zoloft and had bad side effects. It can be a guessing game while they try to find the right combo of meds.
That's good you are staying in contact with your doctor about the side effects...hopefully going back down to the 20mg will help decrease the anxiety.
