I understand how you feel. I have the same problems. And, like you, the anxiety has overcome the depression.
Positive self talk; rejecting negative self talk; meditation; getting enough sleep; deep breathing are all tools I've learned to help myself. I also am seeing my old counselor again, and she's great feedback for me. Finally, I'm off the Welbutrin/zyban which can cause anxiety. I no longer am taking anything except trazadone for help sleeping at night. No more xanax; no more seroquel. Getting enough sleep makes a huge difference for me, along with those tools listed above.
Life isn't perfect; it's my job to accept that.
