The celexa did help me in the beginning, I was on it for 2 years. Had no bad effects. Did make me sleepy, so I took it before I went to bed.

I am down to 10mg of celexa a day, tomorrow I start the effexor. I had no problems tapering off the celexa, didn't feel a thing.
