It seems that very large threads cause a burden on our server. So, threads over 500 posts need to be closed, and started over.

Yea Margo!!!
namommy, I understand those cravings. If you are anything like me, you are so close to the point where those cravings will start to subside. When I was just a hair over 2 months, my cravings were noticibly decreasing on a daily basis. I am not even at 3 months yet and I hardly have cravings at all any more. So, hang in there, you are through the toughest part, if you are anything like me that is. I sure hope so.
Good going Teach!!
Where's everybody else been?????
Let us hear from you.

See everyone Friday.

Ya know, I can't even begin to count the number of times I posted here on this forum that I was going to quit. And never made it past a day!
I was in the "contemplation" stage of my quit. Making public declarations about quitting, but, not quite there....
It is a part of my quit. I must honor that part as much as I do the last 5+ months of my successful quit. Because it all contributed to my success as of today.
Today, I am Five months, one week, six days, 10 hours, 31 minutes and 53 seconds smoke free. That's 6577 cigarettes not smoked, saving $1,808.36. Life saved: 3 weeks, 1 day, 20 hours, 5 minutes.
For all of it, I am grateful!
Shalom!
