(((((Sky))))) Don't be so hard on yourself! You are such a kind and loving person and I have no doubt that you were a wonderful mom to your kids, and continue to be. Even though my youngest brothers are now in their late 30s, I can assure you that if they were still living at home my mom would
still be doing everything for them! It's about the need to nurture, but there comes a time when we need to nurture ourselves. If you still get a lot of joy from caring for your kids, that's fine - just don't let them take advantage of you out of guilt, okay?
