Hey Vic. It's been awhile since we've chatted but I have been following what you've been up to. Only you know which one would work for you, but I'd suggest in-patient. Like you said, doing it your way hasn't worked. I didn't find out-patient hepful that much, but in-patient, where I HAD to be accountable 24/7, was the structure that I needed. It's not as bad as you think. Believe me.

You've had a lot of ups and downs and voiced your desire to get it right once and for all, which is what you deserve b/c you have given a lot to others. It's time to finally give back to yourself and find the true (clean) serenity that you seek.

Wish I lived closer b/c I'd honestly take in your pooch for as long as you needed, given that she's not over 35 lbs. and didn't mind being alone during the day (though I could TRY to sneak her into work....but I think I'd give us away by wanting to play w/ her all the time! Smile...)

Where there's a will there's a way. You seem to have the will this time. Life is beautiful clean and sober - you deserve that, too.

With you, either way,
DG
